Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new services
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or data entry systems
Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
Support client services initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer support, call center, or client services roles
Strong communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly when required
Preferred
Bilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French)
Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is advantageous
Prior experience with call center software or CRM systems is a plus
