Responsibilities

Course Management: Enter course offerings and relevant information into WorkDay, enabling seamless enrollments
Logistics Coordination: Manage program communications and enrollments, including sending invitations, reminders, confirmations, and hotel confirmations
Communications Support: Utilize a group mailbox to coordinate calendar invites and respond promptly to inquiries from participants and stakeholders
Data Tracking and Reporting: Manage and track participant information, completions, and other essential data to ensure effective training outcomes; generate reports in WorkDay
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with 3rd party vendors who supply training programs to the company; process invoices efficiently

Learning Management SystemWorkDay LearningLearning administrationCorporate training experienceBachelor's degree

Required

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent relevant experience (required)
3+ years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience, with a very strong preference for WorkDay Learning
3+ years of learning administration experience
3+ years of experience in a corporate training and development environment
