Responsibilities
Lead global taxation function consisting of two income tax professionals. Strong knowledge of US and Indian taxation a plus
Preparation of oversight of quarterly and year end provision process and income tax reporting under US GAAP
Preparation and oversight of transfer pricing adjustments under OECD rules. Coordination and completion of transfer pricing studies with external consultants
Oversight and preparation of Canadian GST and United Kingdom VAT returns
Collaborate with Global Controller and Geo Finance teams on year end audit and reporting requirements
Facilitate global tax compliance and risk management with centralized tax provider
Qualification
Required
CPA / MST a plus
Global Corporate Income tax experience with a US Company
US taxation experience (federal & state)
Strong Microsoft skill set (MS word, excel, PPT)
Analytical thinking
5+ years of experience as an Income Tax professional
Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environment in software/tech companies
Strong understanding of ASC 740 & FIN 48
Comfort with income tax disclosures
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls
Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical professional with excellent collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Exposure to International tax
Strong knowledge of US and Indian taxation
Big 4 experiences
Income tax professional with commensurate private experience with private equity backed company preference
Some exposure to global transfer pricing requirements and benchmarking analysis
