They are seeking a Fashion Designer for a hands-on, remote role focused on the U.S. market, responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle from raw material innovation to final production-ready tech packs.

Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Concepting: Lead the design of seasonal activewear collections that blend technical performance with the "Studio-to-Street" aesthetic prevalent in the U.S. market
Product Engineering: Design high-performance garments from initial sketch to final seal. This includes defining fabric weight (GSM), moisture-wicking properties, and specific fiber blends
Technical Excellence: Develop comprehensive Tech Packs including BOM (Bill of Materials), graded measurement specs, and detailed construction callouts (e.g., flatlock stitching, bonding, laser-cutting)
Sample & Fit Iteration: Lead rigorous fit sessions and sample reviews to ensure superior movement, compression, and comfort
Market Intelligence: Monitor social commerce trends (TikTok/Instagram) and athlete insights to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the "athleisure" movement
Operational Management: Oversee the material procurement process and manage the design calendar to meet DTC "fast-drop" timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related fields
4+ years of professional experience in activewear, sportswear, performance wear, or athleisure design, ideally within high-growth DTC, performance, or lifestyle brands
Strong illustration skills with a portfolio that demonstrates technical flats, mood boards, and the transition from concept to functional product
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are mandatory)
Advanced textile knowledge, including fabric sourcing, technical specifications, and a deep understanding of performance knits and compression materials
Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to independently execute complex design projects in a remote environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills, specifically for collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseas manufacturing partners
Applicants must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the United States
