Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build effective relationships and provide clear information
Proficiency in Customer Service and Account Management to address member inquiries and manage financial solutions
Knowledge of Employee Benefits to effectively support and guide members on various benefits and financial opportunities
Organizational and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism in an on-site work environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is an advantage
Preferred
Previous experience in a financial institution or similar role is a plus
