They are seeking accomplished leaders to serve on their Corporate Advisory Board, providing strategic advice and industry expertise to help position the company for market success.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, fundraising, and early commercial planning
Offer industry-specific expertise related to Media & Entertainment, Education, Healthcare and Banking, competitive landscape, trends, and emerging risks
Advocate for EchoLeaf Systems in your ecosystem and support brand-building initiatives where appropriate
Facilitate network introductions that can accelerate customer validation, pilot opportunities, talent acquisition, or investor engagement. Make targeted introductions to PE, VC, and growth-stage executives who value talent acquisition as a strategic advantage
Review and provide feedback on technology roadmap, early demos, pitch materials, and business model assumptions
Act as a credible external advocate for the company when appropriate (e.g., investor conversations, industry events)
Participate in regular Advisory Board meetings (typically quarterly) and be available for ad-hoc consultation as needed

Required

Senior leadership experience in cybersecurity, channel partners, investor funding. Target industries include leisure, media and entertainment, energy and utilities, healthcare, education, law enforcement, industrial and manufacturing, municipalities
Demonstrated expertise in at least one key domain: Go-to-market strategy / commercialization, Product development or engineering, Partnerships / channel strategy / strategic alliances, Cybersecurity, Fundraising or venture capital
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to give candid, actionable feedback
Willingness to engage with a high-growth, high-uncertainty startup environment

Preferred

Previous advisory board or board experience with early-stage companies
Experience supporting pre-revenue → early-revenue transition
Strong network of industry relationships
Comfortable advising a pre-seed, fast-moving startup
Are a growth-stage operator, investor, or former with a strong reputation and expansive network in private equity, venture capital, or high-growth business circles
Are energized by making strategic intros, advising on growth inflection points, and helping elevate a brand that's built on trust, high performance, and results
Value long-term, performance-aligned upside, and want to play a meaningful role in a business with multiple revenue streams and untapped verticals
Credibility that enhances investor or customer confidence
Optional: notable achievements, board experience, description of network/connections that may be beneficial for product placement
