Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Coordinator

Go Graphix is the regional leader in the design, production, and installation of specialty graphics and signage, and they are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Customer Support Coordinator to support their Sales, Project Coordination, and Install teams. This role involves assisting with customer communication, project coordination, and marketing efforts to ensure the teams operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist Sales with customer mailings and light marketing coordination

Help keep outreach efforts organized and on track

Update digital brochures and website

Answering, screening and re-directing incoming calls

Providing quotes/estimates to clients

Assist with customer communication and follow-ups

Help source products and obtain pricing from vendors

Assist with coordinating a local transit advertising program

Maintain Install Team time sheets and assist with installer scheduling

Prepare weekly Install Team reports showing time worked vs. budgeted time on jobs

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities

Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented and dependable

Ability to work independently while supporting a team

Comfortable working with vendors, internal teams, and customers

High school diploma required

Preferred

Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Ability to learn new systems and processes

Some college or bachelor's degree preferred
