Responsibilities
Maintain 100% accuracy within PLM and Excel tracking systems. Own the final approval and data entry of all Product Profile Sheets
Manage the end-to-end order flow and tracking of all Proto and Sales samples. Maintain a meticulously organized physical sample archive
Review all prototypes and market samples against technical specifications; identify and resolve quality issues to ensure production readiness
Communicate daily with overseas agents and vendors to monitor sample status, manage lead times, and ensure logistical milestones are met
Assist in price negotiations and margin management by working within established management parameters to achieve financial goals
Qualification
Required
2–3 years in Product Development, Production, or a similar data-heavy operational role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables) and experience managing high-volume data sets with precision
A self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a process-oriented, focused work setting
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to partner effectively with internal teams and overseas vendors
Must be highly organized with a natural 'eye' for quality and technical specifications
