Responsibilities
Operate yard trucks or tractors (with or without trailers) exclusively on Dart property
Maneuver equipment in tight spaces and safely couple/uncouple trailers
Perform visual inspections and basic preventative maintenance checks
Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient dock and trailer management
Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, material handling, or PIT operations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
Strong communication skills and attention to safety and quality standards
Proficiency in English for effective training and communication
Preferred
CDL Class A license (not required, but a plus!)
1+ year of tractor-trailer experience
Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment
