Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts

Design & Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback

UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with the company's goals

Visual Design: Ensure the visual design is consistent with the company's brand guidelines. as well as responsive/mobile design

Experience leading design projects

Experience providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designs

Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders

Familiar with design systems such as material design

Experience using a research repository such as dovetail and turning research into actionable findings

Providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX Designs

Ability to use analytics software and analyze data

Experience presenting to company executives
