Responsibilities
You will design, develop, test, and document systems, subsystems, and components for emergency lighting products based on specific requirements
You will create detailed product specifications and manage data entry into production systems
You will supervise project phases from feasibility studies through production, ensuring quality and efficiency
You will implement product verification test plans and support manufacturing processes during initial production phases
You will provide technical support to factories, quality teams, and field service personnel, collaborating with senior engineers to resolve technical challenges
You will analyze product performance and prepare concise reports, including comparisons with competitors’ products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
1+ year of experience in product design with a solid understanding of electronic theory
Familiarity with Power Electronics, small signal processing, digital circuits, and digital control theory
Experience with simulation tools like LTspice, Pspice, or MathCAD, and knowledge of schematic/PCB design software such as Mentor Graphics
Exposure to rechargeable batteries, EMC, and microprocessor communication interfaces (UART, I²C)
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards using lab instrumentation, with an emphasis on safety
