Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities to increase sales for our events program
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations
Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our event spaces and services
Collaborate with clients to design customized event packages that meet their specific needs and budget
Assist in finalizing pricing structures for space rentals, catering, and additional services
Prepare and deliver contracts to clients, ensuring all terms are clearly outlined and understood
Work closely with the Events Coordinator and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding for all events
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution, including catering, facilities, and logistics
Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
Utilize Triple Seat for sales tracking and management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality (1-3 years is ideal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience with CRM software (Triple Seat is a plus)
1-3 years in sales, event planning, or hospitality
