Patriot System Integration & Test BMC4I Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead

Raytheon is a leader in defense and aerospace systems, and they are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Integration & Test Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead to support the Patriot BMC4I product. This role involves leading the cost, schedule, and execution of BMC4I systems integration and test scope within the Patriot portfolio.

Responsibilities

Responsible for cost, schedule and execution for BMC4I systems integration, verification and validation scope across all contracts within Patriot portfolio
Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for BMC4I systems integration, verification and validation scope and coordinate total SI&T scope proposal approvals
Ensure application of technical processes in Test Readiness Reviews, Engineering Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, etc
Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders and engineers within the BMC4I systems integration & test team
Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines
Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives. Regular travel between multiple Raytheon locations in Massachusetts is required. Occasional domestic and potential international travel

Required

Typically requires Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience developing program baselines, managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects
Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience with system integration, verification and test
Earned Value Certification
Test Architect Certification
Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines, Quality, Reliability, and program management
Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
