Responsibilities

Generate genetically defined murine lung cancer organoid models using CRISPR-based genome editing
Culture and maintain mouse tracheal epithelial organoids for cancer modeling
Engineer and validate key cancer-associated genetic alterations relevant to lung squamous cell carcinoma
Use human cancer genomics insights to guide model design and hypothesis generation
Perform molecular and phenotypic characterization of engineered organoids
Analyze data and communicate results to support translational oncology research

Required

Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Required majors: Cancer biology, Molecular biology, Immunology or related disciplines

Preferred

Familiarity with CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and murine organoid culture systems is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
