Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for reporting to support Global Ethics objectives

Conduct statistical analysis to inform ethics and compliance programs. Translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences

Present ethics trends, other relevant data, and recommendations to senior leadership in a concise and impactful manner, leveraging PowerPoint for storytelling

Lead cross-functional projects to improve reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals

Investigate patterns in ethics data to identify underlying issues and propose corrective actions

Partner with Ethics leadership, market Ethics teams, and business units to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure compliance with Walmart’s Code of Conduct
