Responsibilities

Assist with telecom circuit testing, equipment installation, and DC power work
Support field installations, troubleshooting, and testing of network equipment
Work inside the customer’s gateway/central office to support daily operational tasks
Run cross-connects/jumpers, perform card adds, tertiary power work, and rack-and-stack activities
Receive, organize, and manage materials and equipment in the warehouse space as needed
Track deliveries and ensure equipment is staged correctly for upcoming projects
Ride along with senior technicians to learn processes and provide hands-on job site support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform general labor or technical duties as assigned, ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliability

Required

Strong technical aptitude
Eagerness to learn new skills
Experience with circuit testing and equipment installation
Ability to lift and move equipment/materials as part of installation work
Dependable, proactive, and willing to take direction from senior technicians
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Telecom, electrical, or low-voltage experience
Experience with DC power work
