Responsibilities
Lead execution of fundraising projects from initial planning through completion
Oversee preparation of marketing materials and manage workflow for analysts
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines
Act as a primary contact for clients and maintain quality standards across all interactions
Participate in client meetings and calls, providing insights and updates throughout the process
Support origination efforts, including research, target identification, and database management
Contribute to team development through training, performance feedback, and recruitment initiatives
Provide input on strategic growth opportunities for the business
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years in private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance advisory
At least 2 years in a client-facing advisory or consultative role
Strong interest in private equity and capital markets, with a desire to build expertise in fundraising advisory
Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts (financial statements, capital structures, valuation)
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; financial modeling experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus
Self-starter with strong judgment and commercial awareness
Experience managing junior team members and contributing to team development
