The Provider Success & Implementation Lead will ensure successful adoption and utilization of MedMatch by overseeing provider onboarding, workflow configuration, and training efforts.

Responsibilities

Provider onboarding, configuration, and go-lives
Workflow setup and validation (queues, routing rules, SLAs, escalation paths)
Training referral coordinators, administrative staff, and operations teams
Conducting operational demos focused on real referral workflows (not sales demos)
Acting as the primary point of contact for providers post-implementation
Monitoring early adoption and identifying workflow risks
Returning clear, structured usage feedback to product and engineering teams based on real-world provider behavior
Ensuring MedMatch workflows reflect how providers actually operate

Required

Experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, referrals, access management, or provider services
7–12 years of professional experience, with at least 4–6 years in healthcare operations, care coordination, referral management, or provider-facing healthcare services
Comfortable working directly with clinicians, referral coordinators, and administrative teams
Able to run workflow-based demos and training sessions
Strong communicator who can translate operational issues into actionable internal feedback
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Advanced degree a plus but not required
Experience with health systems, specialty practices, healthcare services platforms, or health IT is a plus
