Responsibilities

Month-End Close & Reconciliations: Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts including Fixed Assets, Intangibles and Prepaid Expenses. Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve "unnatural" balances and aging items
Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the accounting for Fixed and Intangible assets across multiple entities, including depreciation/amortization runs, disposals, and impairment-related analysis
Intercompany & Operational Accounting: Execute intercompany invoicing and expense allocations. Support operational entries for trial devices and sub-seller arrangements
Prepaid Expense Oversight: Maintain and extend future amortization schedules, coordinating with business partners to ensure accurate classification of current and long-term assets
Compliance & Audit Support: Maintain "audit-ready" documentation and support internal control compliance
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors during walkthroughs and testing related to your areas
Process Optimization: Actively participate in initiatives to automate accounting workflows and improve the efficiency of the close cycle

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related field is required
2–3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in public accounting or a corporate mid-to-large-scale business environment
Strong foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP or IFRS and the month-end close process
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday or NetSuite) is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines

CPA is not required for this role
