Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues affecting retail stores
Work closely with service providers and field technicians to identify and resolve infrastructure problems
Lead efforts to install new network services, replace outdated hardware, and ensure optimal network performance
Maintain and enhance the reliability and security of CVS’s retail network infrastructure
Support incident management, document resolutions, and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in network operations, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools
Experience in managing network security and compliance within a retail environment
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent
Experience working with SD-WAN technologies and cloud-based networking solutions
Ability to manage large-scale retail network infrastructures and implement best practices in network security
