Designing, developing, and supporting complex solutions around Benefits and Benefit Administration
Utilizing advanced PeopleSoft tools and integration technologies
Enhancing Fluid UI components using Javascript, HTML, and CSS
Collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders
Providing production support and ensuring best practices in development and documentation
Qualification
Required
At least 8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x, specifically with the Benefits module
Experience with large-scale system implementations across multiple locations
Designing, developing, and supporting complex solutions, particularly around Benefits and Benefit Administration
Utilizing advanced PeopleSoft tools and integration technologies
Web development skills in Javascript, HTML, and CSS to enhance Fluid UI components
Advanced SQL and Application Engine expertise
Experience with Fluid technology, Integration Broker, and related PeopleSoft components
Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Providing production support
Ensuring best practices in development and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven project leadership
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to various audiences
Reside in California
Have an up-to-date LinkedIn profile with a photo
