Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with key enterprise accounts
Develop expert level knowledge on Pelsue products, to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Develop partnerships with enterprise level clients, and work in collaboration with them to deliver solutions to other end users
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and client feedback to provide insight and recommendations to internal teams
This role is both a hunter and a farmer. You will work with existing customers and close new business
Ensure regular use of CRM by your and your team to stay organized and position your team and the company for success
You will lead a small sales team, driving growth in our communications solutions & services, globally as well as sales in our specialty vehicles and trailers product lines
Develop sales plans and strategies for the team. Hold regular one-on-ones with your team members and general sales meetings to foster collaboration and help facilitate wins. Accountability across the team is key
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications or related field (Preferred)
5+ years of experience in communications, wireless, related or technical industry
5+ years of experience in sales and customer interaction in a B2B, municipal and/or government sales environment
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
