Responsibilities
Managing the full in-person sales experience from initial customer engagement through completion of the sales process
Approaching interactions with a consultative mindset, asking the right questions to understand customer needs, and recommending appropriate product solutions
Conducting clear, professional sales conversations, accurately communicating offerings and pricing, and handling objections with confidence and professionalism
Consistent follow-up, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential to maintaining a positive customer experience
Being accountable for meeting performance expectations, following established sales processes, and maintaining high standards of professionalism while representing the organization in the field
Delivering quality sales outcomes on a consistent basis
Qualification
Required
Experience engaging customers in a client-facing environment
Ability to communicate clearly and follow through in a performance-driven setting
Background in customer interaction, sales support, or relationship-based roles
Dependable and organized
Motivated to build long-term success within a sales-focused organization
Reliable transportation for in-person position
Preferred
Experience in environments that require consistency, accountability, and strong communication skills
