Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
Ensure high-quality delivery through manual and/or automated testing across application and hardware components
Oversee hardware testing efforts at a lead level, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance
Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and metrics
Act as the Product Owner for the Mail Innovations platform
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization of features, enhancements, and defects
Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
Drive roadmap planning, release coordination, and delivery timelines
Partner closely with engineering, operations, hardware, and business teams
Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Quality Assurance with application-level expertise
Proven ability to perform and lead manual and/or automated testing efforts
Solid business and interface knowledge, with the ability to translate requirements into testable solutions
Hardware testing experience at a lead or senior level
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to balance QA leadership and product ownership responsibilities
Preferred
Prior experience acting as a QA Lead, Product Owner, or hybrid role
Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with tools for test management, defect tracking, and backlog management (e.g., JIRA or similar)
