Responsibilities

Set and execute the strategic vision for data and payment management within Fee Billing Operations, aligning with broader business objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve the data operating model and payment processes
Drive technology requirements and partner with Technology to enhance data reporting, oversight, and automation capabilities
Oversee and resolve complex data and payment remediation efforts, coordinating across Operations, Technology, and external partners
Establish and enforce a robust data and payment governance program over third-party providers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
Define and track team objectives and key results to support a proactive and forward-looking data and payment strategy
Lead advanced data analysis and ad-hoc queries to support business needs and inform decision-making
Increase straight-through processing rates for inbound data and payments, leveraging intelligent automation and process optimization
Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
