Responsibilities
Ensure software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements through comprehensive testing
Lead test planning and case reviews, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Create and manage traceability throughout the development lifecycle
Utilize testing tools and processes to complete testing and support code promotion
Maintain and catalog test suites across all test types (Smoke, Integration, Regression, etc.)
Execute manual and automated tests, report issues, and assist with defect triage
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on a W2 basis
5 years of experience with Selenium, Automation, Java, and Lean Agile Certification
Expertise in conditioning and generating test data, building, and executing both manual and automated test suites
Proven experience in UI and API test automation with Java using Selenium and RestAssured
Experience with Jenkins and GitHub/BitBucket
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies
Preferred
Experience with implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks
Ability to identify automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types
Strong communication skills for reporting issues and defects with clear background information
