Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class after-sales support experience to our dealers by providing training and development and professional answers to technical questions

Develop and manage long-lasting relationships with dealers and end users

Ensure diagnosis and technical support over diverse areas of expertise: control software, hardware, mechanics, and field applications

Manage dealer warranty claims to uphold overall satisfaction

Collaborate internally with other departments of Ecorobotix Inc. to ensure continuous improvement of our products, services, and workflows

Assist in creating support and troubleshooting technical documentation for both internal and external use

Continuous learning on products evolution and troubleshooting procedures

Available to travel domestically and internationally
