Responsibilities
Represent clients in criminal matters from intake through trial
Conduct consultations with potential new clients
Handle a diverse caseload, including misdemeanors and felonies
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
Attend court hearings, trials, and client meetings
Collaborate with our legal team and support staff to ensure successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Virginia State Bar License (Active & in good standing)
Proven trial and courtroom experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and client management abilities
Preferred
Experience in criminal law preferred (5+ years a plus)
