Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders
Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions

Required

Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
Project and/or program management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Preferred

Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development
Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives
Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization
Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software
