Responsibilities

Assemble Components: Follows established procedures to accurately and efficiently assemble manufacturing parts and products
Conduct Quality Inspections: Performs routine inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain Equipment: Operates and maintains manufacturing machinery, identifying and reporting any malfunctions to senior team members
Document Production Data: Records and updates production metrics and processes data accurately using existing systems and tools
Support Manufacturing Processes: Assists in daily manufacturing operations, collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines

Required

4year Bachelors BS OR 6+ years experience
Understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and practices
Familiarity with CAD/CAM or other industry relevant software tools
Ability to apply standard procedures to resolve common manufacturing issues
Effectively convey straightforward information to team members
Analyze manufacturing data to support decision making processes
Efficiently manage tasks to meet project deadlines
Build and maintain stable working relationships with internal teams
Accurately follow and utilize existing technical procedures and documentation
Implement and adhere to quality assurance practices to maintain manufacturing standards
Willingness to learn and adapt to new manufacturing technologies and methods
All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce
