They are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven, tech-savvy New Home Sales Consultant who can drive sales, manage the sales cycle, and build strong community awareness in the Columbus market.

Responsibilities
Drive consistent sales to meet or exceed division goals
Manage full sales cycle from first interaction through closing
Create strong community awareness by leveraging agent relationships, networking, and local partnerships
Deliver an exceptional customer experience rooted in empathy, responsiveness, and professionalism
Become the expert on LC’s homes, finishes, community amenities, HOA details, and competitive advantages
Stay informed on construction progress and proactively communicate updates to buyers
Conduct community walk-throughs and ensure every home shows beautifully
Build and grow a strong Realtor network
Prospect daily and maintain an organized follow-up system
Convert digital leads through timely outreach
Perform regular competitive shops and maintain awareness of local pricing and trends
Provide valuable field insights to leadership
Support strategic decisions around pricing and inventory
Write accurate, compliant contracts and manage each sale through close
Coordinate with lenders, title, operations, and field teams
Qualification
Required
Proven success in new home sales or residential real estate
Strong familiarity with Columbus market dynamics
Tech-forward approach with CRM and digital tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Prior new home sales or real estate experience
Weekend availability
Professional appearance
A license is not required; LC can hold a license for the right candidate
