The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety across the supply chain, leading quality process management and collaborating with various teams to scale quality programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead quality process management efforts with all co-manufacturing sites

Lead and manage HACCP, GMP, allergen control, and traceability programs

Conduct visits to co-manufacturing sites to ensure production processes and specifications are met

Own certification, regulatory compliance, and quality documentation

Manage consumer complaint tracking and trend analysis

Own internal and external audit programs

Oversee Evergreen’s recall plans and programs

Establish and maintain testing protocols (microbiological, sensory, and physical)

Lead supplier quality oversight

Own third-party relationships for microbiology testing, sensory evaluation, shelf life, and process authority services

Required

5+ years of quality assurance management experience in the food industry (frozen preferred)

Proven experience working with co-manufacturing partners

Strong knowledge of FDA, FSMA, and food safety standards

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Experience with quality management systems

Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or related field preferred
