Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams supporting Wealth Management applications
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution
Partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders
Track and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile standards and governance
Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
Knowledge of investment products, advisory platforms, or brokerage systems
Experience supporting distributed or hybrid teams
