Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data to understand the customer product life cycle and value realization from the product
Identify and report product features of high and low usage
Develop dashboards/reports that provide useful insights to business leaders
Develop scripts to automate data extraction from product databases
Develop in-house analytical tools that improve the productivity and efficiency of analytical tasks
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled full-time in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics (e.g., linear algebra, probability, optimization, statistical inference)
Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning, with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Solid working knowledge of SQL for data extraction, preparation, and validation
Familiarity with advanced ML/AI techniques such as deep learning, transformers/LLMs, graph neural networks, or causal inference
Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into practical, scalable solutions
Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to explore novel approaches to real-world challenges
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May–September
