Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a versatile and proactive IT Systems & Support Administrator to be a key technical resource for their enterprise infrastructure. The role involves managing a diverse ecosystem of hardware, software, and cloud-based information systems while ensuring system health and driving modernization through automation.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft and Linux server environments, ensuring peak performance regarding CPU, memory, and disk utilization
Automation & DevOps: Develop and maintain automation scripts (Ansible, Python, or Bash) to streamline routine tasks such as provisioning, patching, and reporting
Security & Compliance: Perform OS hardening and vulnerability remediation; assist with the implementation of Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and AI-driven security governance
Cloud Administration: Act as the primary administrator for the Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
Virtualization & Backups: Implement and manage VMware and Microsoft virtual environments and oversee rigorous data backup and disaster recovery operations
End-User Excellence: Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, maintaining a diverse hardware fleet including Lenovo, Apple, Ubuntu workstations, and mobile devices
Project Leadership: Provide technical advisory for new projects, integrating emerging technologies into the existing infrastructure while maintaining comprehensive documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent minimum 5 years' of work experience
Expert understanding of Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, Apple, etc. operating systems
In-depth knowledge of cloud-based enterprise communication platforms, Office365, etc
Exceptional troubleshooting skills
Understanding of IT networking
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced workflow and prioritize tasks
