Responsibilities
Provide technical support to in-house personnel, authorized distributors, and customers regarding sold Kaeser products to include on-call support on weekends and holidays
Respond to inquires from branches and distributors regarding part numbers and product manuals
Document component failures and troubleshooting methods
Analyze data to diagnose compressor problems
Perform inspection and failure analysis of returned components as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
Good communication skills/phone skills required
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites
Regular physical attendance at the worksite
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in the electrical or mechanical industry
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
