Human Resources Coordinator Temp (Camps)
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team. This role will provide administrative and operational HR support, primarily focusing on assisting the Camps team during a high-volume hiring period.

Prepare and process offer letters
Coordinate and track background checks
Process I-9 employment eligibility verifications
Enter and maintain employee data in HR systems
Partner closely with the ADA Camps team to support seasonal hiring needs
Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of related HR experience
Working knowledge of Human Resources resources principles, practices, and procedures
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Strong prioritization, coordination, and follow-through skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience
Experience with background checks and I-9 processing
