Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail
Develop and maintain work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Support ad hoc collateral requests and post electronic files to internal storage systems
Track project progress and follow up with project leads to ensure timely completion
Participate in team meetings and execute follow-up tasks effectively
Ensure accurate data entry, database management, and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
Review and validate milestone deliverables with contractors and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external partners
Utilize online project management tools (Workfront, Quickbase, or similar) and MS Office/Adobe Creative Suite efficiently

Required

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Intermediate to expert experience with project management tools (Workfront, Quickbase, or equivalent)
Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
