Responsibilities
Owns the development, certification, and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Lead author for new quality system documentation
Plans and coordinates audits for ISO9001 and UL factory cert
Contributes to new product development by providing certification and compliance methods
Contributes to the optimization of manufacturing processes to keep overhead low and reduce production timelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years with manufacturing operations in an ISO-certified quality management system
Experience with multiple ISO9001 audits, specifically in planning internal audits and participating in external audits
Strong skills in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira) and developing automated workflows
Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and production methods
Preferred
Experience in a management or leadership role, making hiring and staffing decisions
Knowledge of UL 9540, NFPA, NEC and other Battery Energy Storage requirements
Strong understanding of ISO, TUV, and UL certification and auditing practices
BS in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or similar engineering
