Responsibilities

Greet residents, prospects, and visitors making them feel welcome and comfortable

Remove and dispose of all trash from the grounds, parking pots, hallways, laundries, apartments, and rental office

Repair fences

Work to enhance the appearance of all common areas; clean pool, and playgrounds, weed lawns and flower beds, place mulch, prune trees etc

Routinely inspect all ground spaces including but not limited to natural terrain which may post a trip hazard by a visible hole, divot, or any other means

Other duties as assigned

Mow and trim the lawn

Perform minor repairs requiring the use of hand tools

Clean roofs and gutters

Paint signage
