Responsibilities
Planning, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and other operational programs to protect and maximize the operating efficiency of the properties
Providing prompt and courteous service to tenant requests
Maintaining ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and vendors
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in high-rise office buildings, retail, hotels, apartments or senior care facilities
Knowledge of commercial HVAC including cooling tower, water treatment, and large tonnage chiller maintenance
On-call duty for after-hours emergencies every day
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Georgia Driver's License
Preferred
SMT/SMA designation
Being bilingual (English/Spanish)
