Responsibilities
Monitors trade partner compliance codes
Communicates with trade partners on inquires for required paperwork, payment status, etc. as it relates to liens and affidavits
Selects and mails trade partner checks for all assigned projects when paid by the owner
Tracks trade partner and supplier lien waivers and affidavits
Prepares vouchers for self perform jobs
Meets client commitments; recognizes and acts upon service opportunities
Ensures that documentation is tailored to expected readers / users
Regularly reassesses priorities and competing demands and adjusts allocation of time and resources to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure and adjusts plans to meet changing needs
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner
Communication skills, verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems
Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail
Organizational skills
Listening skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally
2+ years administrative support and/or accounts payable experience
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Typically travel is not required
Normal office environment
Frequent activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
Occasional activity: Standing, Walking, Reaching above Shoulder
Preferred
Associate's degree
In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered
2+ years administrative support and/or accounts payable experience
