Collaborate directly with clients, internal stakeholders, and recruitment teams to meet evolving business needs
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Experience in Employer Branding and developing engaging campaigns to attract top talent
Proficiency in Workforce Planning and forecasting to align talent strategies with business goals
Strong background in Global Talent Acquisition, including a deep understanding of multi-geographic hiring practices
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the BFSI, Insurance, or Investment Banking sectors is highly desirable
Advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus
