MaidPro is a people-first company seeking a motivated Branch Manager to oversee daily operations in Traverse City and Gaylord, Michigan. The role involves leading teams, managing branch performance, and ensuring operational excellence across two locations.

Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations across two locations
Interview, hire, onboard, and retain cleaning professionals (“PROs”) and office staff
Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable for performance and attendance
Oversee daily dispatch and scheduling to ensure efficient routes and coverage
Ensure supplies, laundry, and equipment are stocked and ready each day
Maintain a positive, professional office environment
Monitor branch trainers to ensure all training follows the MaidPro Quality Way
Ensure training consistency, quality standards, and proper onboarding procedures
Perform quality checks at customer homes and resolve service issues promptly
Conduct in-person estimates when needed
Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Track productivity, job times, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Partner with ownership/leadership to improve efficiency and branch performance
Qualification
Required
Experience in management, branch management, or operations leadership
Proven ability to interview, hire, and lead teams
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Positive, accountable, people-first leadership style
Preferred
Service-industry or residential cleaning experience preferred
