Responsibilities
Lead sales conversations with new and existing students
Convert walk-ins, trial students, and class attendees into memberships and private lessons
Improve follow-up systems and client communication
Support instructors and staff with sales timing and language
Oversee daily studio flow and front desk operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Order supplies and handle day-to-day operational needs
Support events, workshops, and studio activities
Qualification
Required
Experience in a dance studio, gym, fitness studio, yoga/Pilates studio, spa, or other related industry
Comfortable with service-based sales (memberships, packages, programs)
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Willing to be hands-on when needed
Preferred
Dance experience is a strong plus (not required)
