Responsibilities
Monitor and support live trading systems during market hours, responding to performance or reliability issues in real time
Investigate incidents across distributed systems, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes
Build tools and automations that eliminate manual processes and improve system resilience
Partner closely with traders, researchers, and engineers to deliver high-impact improvements
Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, scalability, and operational workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in site reliability, systems engineering, or technical operations
Strong scripting or automation skills (Python and/or Bash)
Hands-on experience with Linux in production environments; Kubernetes experience is a plus
Familiarity with monitoring, data stores, or messaging systems such as Prometheus, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, or similar tools
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
