Responsibilities

Optimize Revenue Processes: Streamline and enhance end-to-end processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive operational efficiency and accelerate revenue growth
CRM & Client Data Management: Own the accuracy, structure, and governance of client and account data within the CRM, including lead-to-account mapping, lifecycle stages, attribution logic, and data enrichment to support reliable reporting and decision-making
Identify and Resolve Bottlenecks: Continuously assess the revenue cycle, identify friction points, and implement scalable solutions to improve performance
Strategic Sales Enablement: Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that improve sales productivity, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy
Performance Reporting & Analytics: Deliver timely, accurate insights into key performance indicators such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to guide executive decision-making
Data Governance & Integrity: Ensure consistent, clean, and reliable data across all revenue-related platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement tools
Revenue Insights & Recommendations: Analyze trends and business performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central liaison across marketing, finance, customer success, and sales to align goals, processes, and data across the revenue engine
Technology & System Management: Oversee the administration and integration of revenue technologies, including CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and BI tools
Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to assess and implement tools that enhance revenue operations capabilities and scalability
Process Innovation: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes, leveraging data and technology to drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization

Required

5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making
Must be a Salesforce reports/dashboard expert
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable strategies
Enthusiasm for working cross-functionally and driving operational excellence
Understanding of revenue models, funnel metrics, and go-to-market strategies

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, preferred
Salesforce CPQ preferred
Experience in SaaS or technology industries is a plus
