Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and project updates using cutting-edge systems: Salesforce (SFDC), Kantata PMO, SAP 4.7, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
Serve as a key communication bridge, contacting customers to obtain access information and coordinating site schedules with internal teams
Provide weekly project status updates for both internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned
Ensure smooth documentation management by updating Teams/SharePoint trackers and uploading closeout documents
Prepare and submit invoicing using SAP
Foster effective processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years' customer service experience
Passion for working cross-functionally and building efficient processes
Results-oriented mindset: eager to deliver on commitments and meet deadlines
Unwavering integrity, honesty, and clarity in all interactions
Excellent problem-solving skills; keen ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + prior experience with process improvement/lean methodology
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
