Responsibilities

Build and maintain Playwright-based UI automation for high-value user journeys
Own cross-browser testing strategy (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
Implement resilient selectors and page-object-light patterns
Design and maintain targeted visual regression checks
Actively analyze and reduce test flakiness
Ensure PR-time UI smoke tests pass reliably; full matrix runs nightly
Contribute to Copilot golden examples and automation standards

Required

6–9 years of experience in UI automation
Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright (or equivalent modern framework)
Proven cross-browser testing experience
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and parallel execution
Experience designing maintainable, scalable automation frameworks

Preferred

Visual testing and baseline management experience
Exposure to AI-assisted test generation or Copilot workflows
Familiarity with Lighthouse Web Vitals
