Vice President, Mid-Atlantic
Summit Tech Partners is a WBENC and WOSB-certified provider of talent solutions to Fortune 500 companies. They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, Mid-Atlantic to lead growth across the region, manage a sales team, and drive market expansion while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance expectations and coaching for success
Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic accounts in mid-market and enterprise segments
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of staff augmentation and professional services opportunities
Engage senior decision-makers through meetings, presentations, conferences, and networking events
Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in staff augmentation and project services sales, with success in Fortune 100 accounts
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Knowledge of Agile, project/program management, product ownership, and emerging technologies (Data/AI, Cloud, Data Center Engineering)
Strong network of qualified buyers and decision-makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media marketing
Track record of strategic selling and account penetration
Preferred
Experience managing multi-state regional accounts
Background in professional services or consulting environments
Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations in growth-focused companies
